The front desk staff are under trained to handle anything other than smiling at people who walk in. plates and cable clips because the members steal them (which should have been an obvious sign of what kind of gym I was in.) This is a very low class gym. ![]() Over $3000 was stolen from me by one of the club's other members and by not even showing up she is making a clear statement that she is okay with this continuing to happen.Īside from my incident, there's an extreme shortage of 5 and 10 lbs. She refused to get her hand out of the Cheeto bowl and butt up off of her couch to assist. The manager was notified almost immediately after I had to basically force the employees to call her. My locker was broken into recently and I received the worst possible customer service from any place I've ever been to. If I could rate this gym lower than 1 star I would. ![]()
